Our team
We are delighted to welcome you to Glenrise Educational Centre. Our ECD Centre is designed not only to foster learning but also to create a warm and nurturing environment where every child can thrive — a safe space for exploration, creativity and social interaction, where each child's unique potential is recognised and celebrated.
We also provide specialised support for learners with Autism, ADHD, and other diverse learning needs. We believe a parent's involvement plays a crucial role in a child's success, and we encourage every family to participate, share their insights, and connect with us and other families.
Every learner at Glenrise is known by name. Our teachers work in small groups, with a key worker assigned to each child so that their particular needs and interests are recognised from day one — and so that parents always have someone to talk to about how their child is settling in. Regular meetings are held with parents to review each child's development.

Meerkats & Hedgehogs
Our learners are grouped into two ECD classes — the Meerkats and the Hedgehogs — each with their own teacher and a set of key workers who follow every child's progress closely.
Nkosi & Bradley House Teams
Beyond the classroom, our learners belong to one of two sports houses — Nkosi and Bradley, named for the very house on our own grounds — bringing friendly team spirit to sports days, swimming and athletics.
